Jim Winder is well prepared to take the sheriff's office to the next level. It is time for a new leader to advance the office rather than leaving it in the stale or even declining position it is currently in.

Jim Winder is an honest person with the goal of doing what is RIGHT for the citizens of Salt Lake County and the members of the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office. Jim has proven his ability and integrity throughout his 20 years of experience with the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office. Jim has outstanding and innovative ideas to move the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office in a direction his opponent has yet to do in his 15 years in office. Jim's support of the deputies within the organization is clear by his 100% "member" endorsement of the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office Deputy Federation. Lets elect someone who has prooven leadership skills and is interesed in what is BEST for the community as a whole and not a personal political agenda. Jim is the right person for the job!!!
