Center Offers Companies Tips on Securing Gov't Contracts

(KCPW News) Billions of dollars in government contracts from Hill Air Force Base flow to companies outside of Utah each year. So a new resource center at the Davis Applied Technology Campus aims to help locals get a bigger piece of the pie.

The Utah Defense Alliance is partnering with the Davis and Ogden Chambers of Commerce to offer the walk-in resource center for local businesses.

The center will mentor businesses in the government contracting process, including how to sell shape their products or services for government use, and how to write proposals.
