Basic Healthcare is not a luxury.Thereis an average of 132 deaths a year a year no health insurance. Many uninsured are hard-working people,manywork in the service industries or workfor small buinesses where affordableinsurance that is outrageeously high,making it unavailable to Utah citizens.Prescription drug costs are out of control.
