(KCPW News) Of all the bills Utah lawmakers pass during their 45-day session, the most important are those that establish the state's 10-billion dollar budget. With just days left, the Legislature is now working out the details of how that money will be spent. KCPW's Julie Rose explains what's left for lawmakers to finish before the clock runs out.
