Veterans' Headstones Get A Facelift

(KCPW News) As Memorial Day dawns on Monday, up to a thousand veterans' headstones will be in the midst of a facelift at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.

Onyx Construction has donated $150,000 in equipment, materials and labor to repair the dilapidated headstones, which had been sinking and in a state of disrepair because of burrowing animals, weather and time. Salt Lake City is providing sod for the project.
