(KCPW News) The Utah State Supreme Court has set things straight for a clear up or down vote on vouchers this November, and the stakes are high for both sides of the battle. So high, in fact, that eyes nationwide are watching the referendum - and many will open their wallets to try and influence the outcome. KCPW's Julie Rose reports:
