Good story, Julie. The operative word in the whole illegal immigration debate is not 'benefits' nor is it 'contributions' nor is it 'sanctions' - The operative word is "illegal."

Bad comment Dayton. The operative word in the whole immigration debate is the tone of voice in which you refer to the "illegal." Same tone as how African Americans where referred to in the south during the civil rights movement and the same tone and anger comes out of your mouth and your Utah county nut cases.

Where is the legislative study that tells us how much the State benefits from illegal workers? The Legislature will never draft constructive legislation as long as they continue to sponsor skewed research. Not that they are interested in anything constructive besides construction.
