(KCPW News) Last night, the Salt Lake City Council made up its mind regarding how the Airport TRAX line should connect to the rest of the system. It also heard Mayor Ralph Becker's pitch for his 2008-2009 proposed city budget. This morning, KCPW's Jeff Robinson spoke with sixth district councilman J.T. Martin for a wrap-up of the meeting.
