Workshop Teaches Citizens to Get on Their Soapbox

(KCPW News) While an informed, engaged citizenry is the cornerstone of democracy, many feel they don't know how to participate. That's why the Community Writing Center hosts the workshop "Get on Your Soapbox: Writing to Proclaim and Complain."
