Stop two in the Tour of Utah takes you to Cache County, the home of many fine food producers.
First we will visit the Rockhill Family Creamery for a tour and tasting of fine cheese and have the opportunity to enjoy a true country farmers market. Then we head down the road to learn all about the process of bread baking at Crumb Brothers and pause for a locally sourced lunch at the bakery. Finally, we journey to Mendon, UT and the home of Slide Ridge Honey, Honey Wine Vinegar and Honey Wine.
Where does it come from, how is it processed and what gives it that remarkable taste? Learn it all on this tour!
Class meets at the University of Utah Annex Building and vans will be provided for group travel.
