Part of the Nonprofit Academy for Excellence Leadership Series; the Financial Forum is geared toward ED’s, CFO’s and financial managers. A sustainable organization has sound financial management and accurate, up-to-date and transparent financial reporting. Learn current requirements for accurately reporting the results of your organization’s operations. The forum will focus on the unique nonprofit reporting requirements for contributions, earned revenues, capital campaigns and in-kind contributions. We will examine expense reporting and functional expense allocations to make sure your organization is putting its best foot forward when reporting your finances to external stakeholders. The series will consist of two half-day workshops to provide time for you to apply new concepts. Consistent with all Academy instructors, Financial Forum instructors are highly respected experts in their fields.
