Loan payments will also be deferred for six months. KCPW podcast with explainer on PPP loans. NOTE: Funding for this program has run out. Congress would have to authorize additional funding (04/15/2020).

    • Salt Lake City Emergency Loan Program (next deadline: April 2, 2020). Intended to help businesses and organizations keep their employees and stay afloat during a period of economic hardship.
    • The Governor’s Office for Economic Development is launching a bridge loan program for Utah businesses with 50 or fewer employees who have been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Loan amounts range from $5,000 to $20,000 with 0% interest for up to a 60-month period.
