Mayor Corroon’s Proposed Tax Hike Gets Mixed Reviews

Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon’s announcement Thursday proposing a countywide property tax increase in 2013 of 17.5 percent is getting mixed reviews from members of the Salt Lake County Council. While some say the hike is long overdue, others are calling it a calculated and unnecessary move.  KCPW’s Charlotte Duren reports.
