Segment 1:

There are currently seven areas of Salt Lake City where dogs can roam free of tethers, halters or leashes. City leaders are considering adding four new areas, but they’re also thinking about requiring tags for off-leash dogs and using volunteers and rangers to help enforce the new rules. On Wednesday, we’re talking about the proposed dog park master plan and what it means for dog lovers and their canine companions.
