Since age 10, Graham Watanabe’s life has been filled with poptarts, fakies and other tricks on the half-pipe. But after losing a close friend to suicide, the professional snowboarder is now broadening his experience to become a vocal advocate for mental health awareness. On Wednesday, Watanabe joins us to talk about the hope for recovery from depression and other mental illnesses.
