Thanks in large part to the Voting Rights Act of 1965, everyone today agrees that elections should be free and fair to all people. But in an arguably post-racial society, is that crucial piece of legislation still needed to ensure voting rights for all people, regardless of ethnicity or race? On Tuesday, we examine the relevance of the Voting Rights Act for American voters today.
