Salt Lake City recently completed a study that looked at the local food stream, from the garden to the table to the scrap heap. The report concluded that while a growing number of people don’t know where their next meal is coming from, more food is also being thrown away. On Wednesday, we’ll talk about what it will take to develop a more sustainable food system in the city.
