From the Slamdance film, ANIMATION OUTLAWS, we speak to director Kat Alioshin and one of the film’s subjects, Spike Decker of Spike and Mike’s Festival of Animation. From the Sundance film, HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY, we speak to first-time feature filmmakers, Ron Cicero and Kimo Easterwood about John Kricfalusi, the Ren and Stimpy Show, and the addition of the controversy behind Robyn Byrd and Katie Rice. The last segment concludes the episode in a conversation with filmmaker, Romola Garai, on her feature debut, AMULET, joined by her leads, Carla Juri and Alec Secareanu.
