Today on the show we have a conversation with Alison Einerson who manages Salt Lake’s new Winter Market. The bi-weekly farmers market kick’s off on November 9th at the Rio Grande Depot and will run every other Saturday until April 26th. We’ll hear about the philosophy driving the market initiative, about the produce and food available and about how having the market in the train depot has an historic precedent.
