The County Library will welcome longtime staffer of “The New Yorker” David Owen to the Millcreek Branch at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 21, in conjunction with The Printed Garden and Utah Humanities.
Owen will discuss his new book “Where the Water Goes: Life and Death Along the Colorado River,” which explores water usage in the western United States, its impact on the water problems in the region, and possible solutions to avoid disastrous consequences surrounding the river’s overuse. As part of the presentation, Owen will welcome questions from attendees and sign books.
Books will be available for purchase from The Printed Garden.
