(KCPW News) Democratic State Representative Lynn Hemingway from Holladay discusses a bill he’s sponsoring with Republican Senator Steve Urquhart for the 2010 session. It would create two “tracks” for sex education in public schools: one that allows for the discussion of contraception, and one that is abstinence only. Parents would have the choice.
