(KCPW News) The public option has been put back in the health care reform legislation being considered in the U.S. Senate, for now at least. But with or without a public option, Republican Utah Senator Orrin Hatch has opposed the Democrats’ health reform bills from the start. So if he’s fundamentally against their legislation, then what would he propose himself?
