Shurtleff Details Constitutional Concerns with Health Care Reform Bills

shurtleff1 (KCPW News) As 2009 drew to a close, Republican Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff was part of a coalition of 13 state attorneys general who sent a letter to congressional leaders, challenging the constitutionality of the Democrats’ healthcare reform bills.  But since then, the Democratic Party has accused the AG of playing politics with this effort.  KCPW’s Jeff Robinson sat down with Shurtleff at the state Capitol to find out what exactly he’s after in threatening litigation against the federal government over healthcare reform.
