(KCPW News) Utah’s Constitution ultimately puts the Legislature in charge of redistricting. But a group called the Fair Boundaries Coalition is fed up with what appears to be excessive gerrymandering of congressional and legislative districts. We ask Lisa Watts-Baskin and Mary Bishop what their initiative is about and whether they can actually get it on the ballot.
