(KCPW News) Stonyfield Farm’s Gary Hirshberg is pushing back against the idea that being environmentally friendly is burdensome and expensive.  To the contrary, the President and CEO of the organic yogurt maker says it leads to greater profits.  Tonight, Hirshberg will discuss how that’s proved to be true for his own company as part of the Utah Museum of Natural History’s 2010 Nature of Things Lecture Series.  KCPW’s Jeff Robinson spoke with him ahead of the event to learn more.
