Head of International Trade Administration Discusses Barriers, Opportunities

(KCPW News) As President Barack Obama hopes to double American exports in the next five years through his National Export Initiative, one of his top trade officials visited with Utah business leaders yesterday at Zions Bank’s ninth annual Trade and Business Conference at the Salt Lake City Marriott Downtown.  As the new Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, Francisco J. Sanchez is the head of the International Trade Administration.  KCPW’s Jeff Robinson asked him about which international markets hold promise for Utah companies to export their goods.
