(KCPW News) Chevron shut down its Red Butte Canyon pipeline for a week following the oil spill that dumped 800 barrels of crude into Salt Lake City’s waterways. The shut-down forced local refineries to do without about 100,000 barrels of crude oil. KCPW’s Elizabeth Ziegler examines whether this will drive up gas prices, in this second installment in her series on the oil spill.
