(KCPW News) State Representative Greg Hughes is the new chairman of the Utah Transit Authority’s board of trustees. And he’s already implemented some new changes to make the agency more transparent, like opening up committee meetings to the public. But he takes over at a time when UTA has been criticized for high executive salaries. We talked with Hughes about those controversies and his vision for the future of UTA.
