“America’s Great Outdoors” Initiative Coming to Salt Lake City

(KCPW News) President Barack Obama’s “America’s Great Outdoors” conservation initiative will make a stop in downtown Salt Lake City on Tuesday, with top representatives from the Interior Department, Department of Agriculture, and the Environmental Protection Agency holding a public listening session at the Radisson Hotel. One person who’s eager to weigh in during that event is David Nimkin, Southwest Regional Director for the National Parks Conservation Association. KCPW’s Jeff Robinson asked him what the “America’s Great Outdoors” initiative is about.
