Ped X-ing Made Safer on Busy 1300 East

(KCPW News) New pedestrian crossing signals are in place along Salt Lake City’s 1300 East to improve safety along one of the city’s busy, main thoroughfares. KCPW’s Elizabeth Ziegler has the story from the corner of Yale Avenue and 1300 East.

Mayor Becker says HAWK signals will also be installed on South Temple near the City Creek Development, while the crosswalk signals that were replaced will be relocated to streets that don’t have any signals.
