(KCPW News) Utah Lawmakers are considering whether birthright citizenship should be repealed to stem the numbers of illegal immigrants. KCPW’s Elizabeth Ziegler asked a legal expert what would happen if proponents of rewriting the 14th Amendment are successful.

If you go back and read the debate when the 14th ammendment was presented, you’ll find that it was never meant to allow foreigners to sneak into the country and have babies so they can gain the system. How about educating the folks on that?
