(KCPW News) Approving $80,000 to further study a controversial plan for future development in Salt Lake City’s Northwest Quadrant comes before the city council today. The land is currently undeveloped, but close enough to downtown that city leaders envision it could one day be a bustling bedroom community. KCPW’s Elizabeth Ziegler reports.
