(KCPW News) If Al-Qaeda obtains a nuclear weapon, it wouldn’t hesitate to use it on the United States. That’s the thrust of an article published yesterday on ForeignPolicy.com by Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, a Senior Fellow at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He shared his expertise at the Hinckley Institute of Politics in Salt Lake City yesterday. KCPW’s Jeff Robinson asked Mowatt-Larssen, who spent more than two decades with the Central Intelligence Agency, about one of Al Qaeda’s top leaders, Ayman al-Zawahiri.
