Salt Lake City Offers Free Downtown Parking

(KCPW News) Salt Lake City parking meters are wrapped and topped with a bow for the next few weeks while the city offers free parking during this year’s peak holiday shopping season. The city says it will encourage people to shop and visit downtown. KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports:
