(KCPW News) With the GOP in control of the House of Representatives, Utah Congressman Rob Bishop now finds himself in a better spot after four years with a Democratic majority. We talked with him about his vote against re-authorizing the PATRIOT Act, President Obama’s budget set to be released on Monday, and his new role as chairman of a subcommittee overseeing public lands.
