(KCPW News) Dr. Hussein Elkhafaifi is a native of Libya and witnessed this year’s uprising against Muammar Gaddafi. The Director of the Arabic Program at the University of Washington will speak this Sunday afternoon at 2 at the Salt Lake City Main Library Auditorium. We talked with him about Gaddafi’s history of oppression.
