(KCPW News) A Glendale Community Council member says his elected officials are letting residents down by allowing a parole violator center to be built in his west-side Salt Lake City neighborhood. But as KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports, officials say it’s not as worrisome as it sounds, and in fact is much safer and less expensive then locking parolees back up for violations.
