(KCPW News) It has not been a good month for the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Its executive director, Dennis Kellen, just resigned amid allegations of violating state procurement law, and was already in trouble with Utah lawmakers. Meanwhile, many in the state’s business community continue to complain about its strict alcohol regulation. We talked with longtime former DABC director Ken Wynn and State Representative Ryan Wilcox, who wants the legislature to look at privatizing liquor stores.
