(KCPW News) For the next ten days, thousands of people from across the state will gather in Salt Lake City for the state’s 156th annual state fair. In addition to cotton candy and rides, officials say they are hoping families will come to see farm life. The importance of which they fear is being lost on Utah’s youth.
