(KCPW News) A legislative committee heard from experts in the social services community on Wednesday about how to break the cycle of generational welfare. As KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports, the state is honing in specifically on those who perpetually survive on government assistance, in hopes of finding a solution to chronic poverty.
