(KCPW News) The former executive director of the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control could be facing felony charges. In a report released Tuesday, legislative auditors say Dennis Kellen violated the law, and are calling on the Attorney General’s office to investigate. KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports on the audit’s findings and how the legislature plans to clean up the department.
