(KCPW News) The Utah Supreme Court heard oral arguments Tuesday from critics questioning the validity of the soccer complex bond passed in 2003. They argue the city didn’t give residents adequate notice of a bond validation hearing earlier this year. KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports on what happened at the Matheson Courthouse.
