(KCPW News) Polls in Salt Lake City were steady but not strong Tuesday afternoon for the General Election, a testament to Utah’s historically low voter turnout for Municipal Elections. According to unofficial results, less than 17 percent of registered voters went to the polls in Salt Lake County. KCPW’s Whittney Evans spoke to the state’s highest elections officer, Lieutenant Governor Greg Bell, and workers and voters at one of the slowest polling places in Salt Lake City.
