(KCPW News) The fight between Microsoft and Utah software company Novell continued on Monday, as Microsoft Co-founder Bill Gates testified in a Salt Lake City U.S. District Court to defend his company in an anti-trust lawsuit. Novell claimed Microsoft was paranoid about competition, and actively tried to stomp it out. But as KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports, Gates testified Microsoft’s actions were about creating quality products, not cornering the market.
