(KCPW News) Salt Lake County Sheriff Jim Winder says if the county doesn’t act to restore part of the $3.2 million cut to the 2012 jail budget, it’ll be hard pressed to operate. As KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports, the council is set to make a decision today.
