Incorporation Decision Lies In Hands of Millcreek Township Voters

(KCPW News)  Voters in Millcreek Township will decide in November if they want to incorporate the communities into a city.

The question will be answered during this year’s general election after the county clerk’s office certified that petitioners gathered the required signatures to put the issue on the ballot.

Millcreek Township is made up of four communities, Millcreek, Canyon Rim, East Millcreek, and Mount Olympus.  Petitioners were required to gather signatures from 10 percent of voters in 46 of the township’s 51 voting precincts.
