Community Urged to Help Share the Cost of Feeding the Hungry

It’s been nearly a year since the Salvation Army ran out of funding to keep running its soup kitchen downtown. Since then, the nightly service has been run by a small group of people, who say now it’s time for the community to step up and help keep the program alive.
