(KCPW News) Utah Republicans have been swift to praise Mitt Romney’s pick of Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan as his running mate. But the only member of Utah’s Congressional delegation to co-sponsor a successful bill with Ryan is actually a Democrat.
