(KCPW News) Law enforcement and public safety issues took center stage in Utah’s 4th District congressional race Thursday. Democratic incumbent Jim Matheson and Salt Lake County Sheriff Jim Winder met to defend federal grants to Utah’s public safety agencies, and as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, they accuse GOP candidate Mia Love of putting them in jeopardy.
