The Utah Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit against the state to release contested documents regarding the Legislature’s redistricting process. As KCPW’s Charlotte Duren reports, the party is unsatisfied with the outcome of its appeal heard by the Legislative Records Committee, and wants the documents released to the public free of charge.
